Robo-e Service (Smart watch) User Terms of Use

  1. In addition to the Robo-e Service (“Service”) terms and conditions, smart watch users must comply with the following additional notes.
  2. Users should charge the smart watch daily to ensure it remains powered on and has sufficient battery.
  3. The user understands and authorizes that Robo-e may, when necessary, use its computer systems to retrieve the smart watch’s location and movement path, and may notify the user’s contacts and relevant support personnel or organizations of this location data.
  4. The user understands and accepts that the location retrieval functionality of the smart watch may be subject to deviations due to environmental factors.
  5. The service only supports the designated SIM card for the specified smart watch and the registered phone number and mobile service plan under this agreement. If the user replaces the SIM card in the smart watch or changes the phone number or mobile service plan without prior approval, the service may not function normally, and Robo-e shall not be responsible for any consequences.
  6. The Robo-e service must be used in conjunction with the specific smart watch model provided by our company. If the user uses an unauthorized smart watch model not provided by our company, the service may not function normally, and our company shall not be responsible for any consequences.
  7. The user understands that the smart watch has special designs and settings for the service, and Robo-e may update these designs and settings as needed.
  8. The user understands that using the smart watch may potentially interfere with the operation of some pacemakers. Please consult your doctor if necessary.
  9. The user agrees to hold Robo-e harmless from all legal liability under the following circumstances:

    (a) The smart watch has insufficient battery power, preventing the alert system from notifying our company and performing its intended functions;

    (b) The smart watch is outside adequate telecommunications network coverage, preventing the alert system from notifying our company and performing its intended functions;

    (c) Inaccurate positioning of the smart watch by our company upon the request of the user and/or their contacts due to signal deviations from telecommunications network transmission towers;

    (d) Any consequences arising from the user’s use of a pacemaker and/or other implanted medical device; and/or

    (e) The user is located in an area not covered by the service network.

  10. The minimum operating systems for Robo-e Mobile App are iOS 13 and Android 9. The App(s) may work on other Operating Systems but the Operating Systems specified above are the minimum Operating Systems tested and guarantee that the App(s) will run for. Mobile Brand Google Pixels and Motorola are not supported.
  1. Robo-e reserves the right to modify and update these Notes. Any modifications or updates will be communicated to service subscribers and users via publication on our website.
  2. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Notes, the Chinese version shall prevail.
