  • General Information: If you create an account on our application, you may be required to provide your country or region, email address, password, date of birth, gender, height, weight, and fitness goals (such as weight and step goals). You may also choose to share additional information, such as a nickname. This personal information will be used to enhance the accuracy of health data algorithms, including metrics like heart rate, age, height, and weight.
  • Sports Health Information: We collect data related to your physical activities, such as steps taken, distance traveled, speed, exercise duration, calories burned, sleep duration, and heart rate. This information helps you track your personal fitness feedback and enables us to provide better health management services, such as promoting good sleep habits or providing instant SOS alerts or automatic fall detection (if applicable).
  • Location Information: When you use certain location-based services, such as any outdoor sports mode and checking the weather, GPS or any location information will be used. Location information will not be collected if you do not give permission to use the phone’s location function.
  • Device MAC and Application Information: While using our devices and applications, we collect information such as user configuration data, device MAC address, version numbers, serial number, firmware version, language, app version, mobile operating system version, and device identification. We only collect information related to our equipment that you have connected, and this data is obtained when the app connects to the device. The information will be stored locally on your mobile device and uploaded to our server. This data is used for firmware updates, app version notifications, and troubleshooting issues related to apps or firmware.
  • Service Information: When you utilize various features of Robo-E equipment and applications, you may submit service-related information. For instance, if you utilize any medication reminder feature, we may collect certain physiological information. Additionally, if you use the alarm clock function, we may access your phone’s built-in clock features.
  • SMS Log & Incoming Call Information: If you activate the incoming call reminder feature, with your consent, we may access your call status and contacts, but we will not store your communication data. When using the message notification function, we may also access SMS or third-party application notification statuses to push alerts to your smart wearable devices, without storing this information.
  • Contact List: If you need to use the call function of a 4G watch (e.g., RB Elite), you can synchronize contacts and mobile phone numbers with the watch. To facilitate users, the app has applied for Contact List permissions. You can also make calls using the watch’s dial pad.
  • Image Information: If you have questions or suggestions regarding our products and services, you can provide feedback through “Profile” > “Help” > “Feedback” in the Robo-E app. This feature allows us to collect your feedback, along with your contact information (if provided), enabling us to better understand and address any issues you encounter. If you consent, we may access your phone’s camera or photo album to allow you to upload images related to your feedback, assisting us in diagnosing the problem.
  • Log Information: When you use our devices or Robo-E app, we collect usage data, including account creation or login, device pairing, system errors, crashes, restarts, and upgrades. Your latest log information from the past 7 days will be stored locally on your mobile device, while older logs will be automatically deleted. Uploading logs can help us resolve issues more efficiently. We will not collect your log information unless you choose to upload it to our server through “My > Questions and Suggestions”.
  • Other Information: We may also collect various types of information that are not directly or indirectly linked to an individual but are aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified.

2. Use of Your Information

  • Store and maintain your information: We will retain your information in accordance with our service requirements and legal obligations.
  • Provide limited services without server communication: We may offer certain functionalities without needing to interact with our servers.

Use of Non-Personal Data:

We will collect certain log information that does not include personal data, such as error codes related to device hardware issues (including restarts), device restart logs, Bluetooth connection logs, and anonymized data on user devices and application usage (if you opt-in). This information will be used for overall analysis to fix bugs, monitor usage, and optimize our services. To facilitate quick resolution of issues within the Robo-E application, we have integrated a third-party log capture tool SDK (com.tencent.bugly). These logs contain only parameter information from the user’s mobile device and do not include any personal privacy information.
